It is rally good having one to one exercises. The pools are really warm so muscles can relax. Being able to use the big pool with the physiotherapists builds confidence. Altogether a good and positive experience with professional and friendly physiotherapists. Living in haven street the only minor improvement would be having pools nearer but that is really only a minor inconvenience.

I realize the demand probably makes this impossible, but I'd have liked to continue longer with the physio's supervision. I do try hard at home will the exercises but find I've slipped from the most advantageous way when they physio watches them do them.
